To help move beyond both the fear and the uncritical admiration, the IEEE Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems (AI/AS) was formed. The Global Initiative is a consortium of over 100 global thought leaders in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, law and ethics, philosophy, and policy from the realms of academia, science, government, and corporate sectors.
